Kruger Farms
Completed full assessment of warehouse operation which led to purchase and deployment of a horizontal carousel for improved space utilization. As part of implementing the carousel created and implemented a location tracking system with barcodes to allow for inventory tracking in the warehouse.
Rockler
Assisted with process improvement consulting/implementation by providing systems guidance and integration. Successfully deployed MHE automation, Packaging automation, and Voice Picking automation without deployment of a WMS due to budget limitations. Utilized Voice Picking middleware as the back-bone system to link all systems together and update the ERP.
Metro-Wash
Documented Workflow Process for operation. Documented Maintenance Plans and created Tool Bin and Spare Parts lists for each machine. Created Process for Route Planning Tracking, Planning, Optimization, and Reporting.
